Returns Policy

Belleza Enterprises, LLC offers an exchange policy for all unworn and unused merchandise purchased in its original condition within 30 days. After 30 days, there could be a re-stock charge. If you are a smoker, please do not return jewelry. We will not accept back a piece of jewelry that smells like smoke for resale to another customer. To return the piece(s), unless it is our mistake in sending you the wrong piece, you must incur USPS shipping charges. We ask that you please use tracking for all returns. Also, you 'must' include a note with your return so we know what needs to be done. Otherwise, processing may be extended.

If you have purchased your item using a voucher code from a Daily Deal Site, the normal Belleza Enterprises, LLC Refund policy does not apply. For all of these purchases, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless there is damage in shipping and we are notified immediately with picture proof or it is defective material, returns will not be allowed. Partner deal site sales always have associated fees and revenue shares to both Belleza (the vendor) and the deal site you purchased your item through.

We do not offer a refund policy. We only offer an exchange or a store credit.

Your exchange should be sent in a padded envelope or box to Belleza Enterprises, LLC within 10 days from when your item was originally delivered. If your return package bears no postmark, we will process your return as if it were posted on the day we receive it. We are not responsible for items that are not insured by the sender or for item(s) that we have not received. It is the sender's responsibility to insure exchanges and/or returns. Expedited shipping charges, insurance and return postage are not refundable. Please allow up to 30 business days for exchanges.

Once your item is received, we will notify you of your credit and you will be able to pick a new item or exchange for another item.

SUBSTITUTIONS

There are times when there could be a longer than usual wait on beads. At Belleza's discretion, we will use substitutions to the closest possible bead to get the piece out to the customer. Our return and exchange policy applies if the customer is unhappy with the substitution.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise requested and additionally paid, we use the USPS exclusively. Free shipping includes regular first class mail, not Priority Mail or Express Mail. There are times when the USPS is slower than usual, may not scan at the door, may not pick up upon the exact date and may not deliver on the expected date. In some areas, the mail does not deliver on Saturdays and never on Sundays, nor does the postal service pickup or deliver on a USPS approved holiday. These days are not included in our 21 day ship commitment. Because we are shipping First Class Package service, at the postal service's discretion, additional days could be added for sorting and delivery. This is all beyond our control. After it is marked as picked up from our location, we do not have any more information than what is noted in tracking and we cannot make it go faster.

DEAL AND PARTNER SITE SALES

Please note - If you have purchased through a Daily Deal site or a site other than BellezaJewelry.com, you 'have' paid that deal site. However, your actual payment to us as a vendor from that deal/partner site could not be realized for anywhere between 15-45 days after the deal ends not on your purchase date. We do anticipate stock based on previous sale experience for the product, however, sometimes additional time is needed for re-stock and shipping. Re-stock is all based on manufacturer availability and production. We do not hold orders for payment from our partners, however, we do ship in good faith before we ever get payment. Additionally, in the off chance there is a refund situation, Belleza Enterprises, LLC (dba BellezaJewelry.com) cannot and will not process a refund. When you pay for your item through a partner/deal site, Belleza does not have any financial information for your purchase. You must go back to the partner/deal site for that refund and it must be approved by Belleza first.

If you purchased directly from us and paid by credit card, there is a 3-day minimum for payment processing. This is standard with all credit/debit cards. You may see it immediately on your account statement, but payments must go through settlement processing which does take 3 'business' days.

Privacy Policy

All photographs are taken by Belleza Enterprises, LLC and are the property of Belleza Enterprises, LLC. Any reproduction of such is strictly prohibited. Reproduction of our design as well as our photography will be forwarded to our legal representatives.

HOW WE USE YOUR EMAIL INFORMATION

All information collected by Belleza Jewelry (Belleza Enterprises, LLC) is used for our promotional purposes only. We do not sell or share your information with any third party companies. We collect our information from a variety of sources including but not limited to partner deal websites, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and email signup forms.
