Notice on one side of your ring, you'll see a small screw.  Place a small screwdriver into the screw and begin to turn counter clockwise.  Keep turning counter clockwise holding the ring firmly in one hand while turning. You'll notice the screw slip out of the other end of the ring.  After the screw is completely out, you can change your bead to whatever other bead fits onto the ring.
